About Library

The College Library functions as the heart of the institution with its collection of more than 18,000 books, journals and periodicals including UGC books. The library is a partner in the Conservation of Knowledge ideas and teaching both for students and teachers. It encourages reading for pleasure self discovery, personal growth and intellectual curiosity.
A special provision is made to help poor, deserving SC and ST students and meritoriors students, one set of books to students for one complete year. Students can borrow one book every fortnight for home reding the libraries is kept open in between 9-30 to 5-00 p.m. on all working days.

1) The books will be issued on borrower cards.

2) Students can make use of library for reference.

3) Students should maintain silence and descipline in the library and observe the instruction’s given by the Librarian.

4) For all Library facilities and provisions the necessary notifications will be put up on the Library Notice Board.

5) Our library is fully Computerised.

6) Students can make use of Digital Library to enhancement of their knowledge.

7) Students can use of Language Lab for improve their Indian and Foreign Language.

Sri Rambhapuri Jagadguru Veeragangadhara Arts and Commerce College, Shiggaon is a unique college of its own imparting education in Arts and Commerce faculties. It was established in 1985 and it is affiliated to Karnatka University, Dharwad. Our college is named after late his Holiness Sri Rambhapuri Jagadguru Veeragangadhara Mahaswamiji of BaleHonnur. Our college is an ideal institution in the whole institution in the whole of Shiggaon taluk imparting degree education College has an area of five acres with college building, library Gymkhana Hall, playground etc. College is Shiggaon's pride stepped into this July an academic year for the all round development of Shiggaon Taluk citizens taken a bold steps to continue its tradition on its democratic principle College has a beautiful garden and the best environment for good health
